Everyone who joins the Junior Hornets
Wrestling is part of our Recreation program.
We practice 2-3 times a week and wrestle
in the North Jersey Junior Wrestling League
on Saturdays. The League consists of
towns from all over North Jersey. Every
Saturday an average of 4-5 teams travel to
Passaic Valley High School to wrestle. The
Wrestlers are matched up by their age,
weight and experience. The League has
tournaments for both Novice and
Experienced Wrestlers at the end of the
season. Our program ends the year with
an awards dinner for all the Wrestlers and
their family members to attend.

Our Club also has a Dual team that wrestles
in the Suburban Jr. Wrestling League and
the Passaic County Jr. Wrestling League.
This team is made up of the best wrestlers
at each weight class. Wrestlers compete in
wrestle offs during the season to determine
who makes the team. This team travels and
will wrestle 2 matches a week with League
tournaments at the end of the season.
